All About Us

Jess and Conor are both Licensed Massage Therapists, Reiki Masters, and CranioSacral practitioners. Jess holds a bachelor's degree in Art History, her first love. Conor holds a master’s degree in Outdoor Education and Leadership where he studied Reiki as a framework for experiential education. Jess and Conor founded Willow and Water Healing and Massage to help facilitate the ritual of re-balance through which energies traveling within the web of life, through and around a subject, are harmonized. They are excited to help their clients conceptualize their own methods of healing through therapeutic massage and Reiki. 

Conor is a veteran and native of Missoula. Jess grew up in Upstate New York and moved to Missoula over ten years ago. They love to travel, but Missoula will always be home. When not practicing, they like to spend their time outdoors backpacking, kayaking, and hanging out with their two dogs- Archer and Rufus.

Whether we’re backpacking, floating the river, or out exploring with the dogs, we know the importance of being healthy and pain-free in order to make the most of our adventures. We have studied various modalities in hopes to provide a well rounded offering for wellness. As licensed Massage Therapists, Reiki Masters, and CranioSacral practitioners, we enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal and grow.
